- Birth certificate or passport (for age verification)
- Two passport-sized photographs
- Academic records from the previous school
- Immunisation records
Admission into JSS 1 is through the Ogun State Common Entrance Examination organised for flagship and model schools.
Boarding places are available — Isonyin Grammar School is the only model secondary school with boarding facilities in Ijebu North East.
